This document governs the general terms and conditions of sale of the website rimafonti.com, operated by Rima Fonti, Rome, Italy.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on rimafonti.com. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and unconditionally accepted these terms.
The products offered on rimafonti.com are handcrafted artisan creations made by hand. Each piece is unique: slight variations in colour, texture or dimensions are inherent to the artisan process and do not constitute defects.
Some images on the website are generated by artificial intelligence for conceptual illustration purposes and do not represent the exact final product.
All prices are displayed in euros (EUR), excluding VAT. The applicable VAT is calculated at checkout based on the shipping country. Shipping costs are charged separately. Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe (PCI DSS certified). Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Payment is due at the time of order.
For custom products (punzone): a 30% deposit is required at the time of order. The balance is due upon presentation of the final design.
Shipping rates:
No free shipping is offered. Delivery times range from 1 to 4 weeks for artisan products, due to handmade production.
A confirmation email is sent to the customer after the order has been validated. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer at the time of handover to the courier.
In accordance with art. 59.1.c of the Codice del Consumo (D.Lgs. 206/2005), the right of withdrawal is excluded for goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised. As the majority of Rima Fonti products are unique or personalised artisan creations, they are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

All products benefit from the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity, in accordance with artt. 128-135 of the Codice del Consumo. In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer may request repair or replacement of the product.
Any defect must be reported to contact@rimafonti.com within 48 hours of receipt.
All content on rimafonti.com (texts, images, logos, designs) is protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction is strictly prohibited.
These terms are governed by Italian law. In the event of a dispute, the Court of Rome shall have jurisdiction, subject to the consumer’s mandatory forum pursuant to art. 66-bis of the Codice del Consumo.
